EVENT HELP PATHS

Support While the Prize Is Running

If something does not look right during the Rickshaw Art Prize window — a missing entry confirmation, a wallet link issue or a question about your prize tier — these are the three paths to get it sorted quickly.

Live Chat on Your Account Open the chat icon inside your db33333 account dashboard. Give your account ID and the Rickshaw Art Prize event reference so the team can pull your entry record directly.
Wallet Verification Help If your bKash, Nagad or Rocket connection was not confirmed before the entry deadline, contact support with your wallet number and transaction reference to check whether the entry was logged.
Prize Tier Dispute If your displayed prize tier does not match the published structure, raise a ticket from the event page. Include a screenshot of the tier table and your account entry timestamp for the fastest resolution.
HOW WE RUN THIS

Fair Handling of the Rickshaw Art Prize

Every cycle of the Rickshaw Art Prize is governed by a set of event terms published before entries open. We do not change the prize tier structure mid-event, and all entry counts are logged against verified account records — not self-reported figures.

Published Terms Before Entry Opens

Prize tiers, entry conditions and result dates are posted on the event page before the window opens. You can read every condition in full before committing a single entry.

Verified Account Entries Only

Only accounts with a completed wallet link — bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and a confirmed identity check are counted as valid entries. This keeps the prize pool fair for everyone in it.

Immutable Entry Log

Each entry is timestamped and locked to your account record the moment it is submitted. No retroactive changes are made to the entry list once the submission window closes.

Result Announcements on Dashboard

Prize results are posted directly to the event page inside your account, not through third-party channels. You get the result at the same time as every other eligible participant.

db33333 What the Rickshaw Art Prize Covers

What the Rickshaw Art Prize Covers

The Rickshaw Art Prize is a themed promotional event on db33333 that runs in defined cycles. Each cycle has a set entry window, a published prize tier list and a clear announcement date for results. Participation is linked to your active account status — you need a verified account and a completed wallet connection, whether that is bKash, Nagad or Rocket, before

any entry is counted. Prize tiers are displayed inside the event page on your account dashboard. Results are posted there first, not via external channels. Eligibility depends on your local law and the region your account is registered under — check the event terms before entering.

Rickshaw Art Prize – Key Terms Defined

New to prize events on db33333? These are the terms you will come across during a Rickshaw Art Prize cycle, explained plainly so there is no guesswork when you are reading the event conditions.

What is an entry window?

The defined period during which your account can submit a valid entry for the Rickshaw Art Prize. Entries submitted outside this window are not counted toward any prize tier.

What does prize tier mean?

A ranked level in the Rickshaw Art Prize reward structure. Each tier has its own reward value. Your final tier is determined by your qualifying activity during the event cycle.

What is a wallet link in this context?

A confirmed connection between your db33333 account and a local payment method — bKash, Nagad or Rocket — required before your Rickshaw Art Prize entry is treated as valid.

What is an event cycle?

One complete run of the Rickshaw Art Prize from entry-open to result announcement. Each cycle is independent, with its own terms, prize pool and participant list.

What does KYC mean for this prize?

Know Your Customer — the identity verification step your account must pass. Without a completed KYC check, your Rickshaw Art Prize entry will not be confirmed as eligible.

What is the result announcement date?

The specific date published in the event terms when prize tier outcomes are posted to your account dashboard. This date is set before the entry window opens and does not change.

Rickshaw Art Prize – Common Questions Answered

Here are the questions we hear most often from accounts entering the Rickshaw Art Prize. Each answer reflects how the event actually works on db33333 — no generic platform talk.

Log into your account, navigate to the promotions section and open the Rickshaw Art Prize event page. Confirm your wallet link — bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and follow the entry steps listed there before the window closes.

Not until the link is confirmed. Go to account settings, add your bKash or Nagad number, complete the small verification transfer, and then return to the event page to submit your entry before the deadline.

Your tier result appears on the Rickshaw Art Prize event page inside your account dashboard on the published announcement date. You will also see a notification in your account inbox at the same time.

Availability depends on your local law and the eligible region your account is registered under. Check the event terms page for the specific eligibility conditions that apply to your account before entering.

Entries are not accepted after the window closes, and there is no backdating process. Watch the event page for the next Rickshaw Art Prize cycle, which will have its own published entry window and prize structure.

It is themed around Bangladesh's rickshaw art culture and runs as a standalone event cycle with its own tier table, entry conditions and result date — separate from the regular weekly promo board inside your account.
